Reach out by phone or book online at your convenience. We offer complimentary home pickup throughout Dallas, or you’re welcome to visit us in-store by appointment.

Contactless Complimentary Pick Up & Delivery
Our route customers enjoy the very special convenience of not having to make that special trip to the drycleaner. Once you’re on our route, we designate a pickup and delivery location at your house. We issue two nylon laundry bags (“Express Bags”) and on your route days, you simply place your bag in the pickup and delivery location by 8:00 A.M..
Your route driver checks the pickup and delivery location, retrieves your bag, and delivers your clothing from the previous route day. Your clothing is returned the way you would expect from Swiss Cleaners. There is no need to be home.
You deserve more time in your week and less stress over errands. Our Pickup and Delivery Service is designed to be as simple as it is reliable.

How soon should I preserve my dress after the wedding?
A: Ideally, we recommend bringing it in within a few weeks. Acting promptly gives us the best chance to treat stains before they set permanently.
Do you clean all types of dresses?
A: Yes. From antique heirlooms to modern couture, we specialize in cleaning and preserving silk, lace, embroidery, tulle, sequins, and other delicate elements with care.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
A: Not necessarily. We’re happy to coordinate a secure, no-contact pickup from your preferred location — whether from your residence or bridal suite.

Can I open the preservation box in the future?
