Pickup & Delivery
Contactless Complimentary Pick Up & Delivery
Our route customers enjoy the very special convenience of not having to make that special trip to the drycleaner. Once you’re on our route, we designate a pickup and delivery location at your house. We issue two nylon laundry bags (“Express Bags”) and on your route days, you simply place your bag in the pickup and delivery location by 8:00 A.M..
Your route driver checks the pickup and delivery location, retrieves your bag, and delivers your clothing from the previous route day. Your clothing is returned the way you would expect from Swiss Cleaners. There is no need to be home.
You deserve more time in your week and less stress over errands. Our Pickup and Delivery Service is designed to be as simple as it is reliable.

We’ll give you two Swiss Express Bags and help you choose a pickup location at your home or office.
STEP 2
Place Your Bag Out by 8:00 A.M. on Route Days
No need to be there. Just leave your bag in your designated spot, and we’ll handle the rest.

We Clean and Care for Every Item
Our inhouse team uses GreenEarth® technology to clean your items gently, thoroughly, and odor free.
STEP 4
Delivery Back to Your Door
Clothes and home essentials are returned fresh, pressed, and ready to wear or use on your next scheduled route day.

What exactly is “GreenEarth® cleaning”?
A: It’s our eco-friendly, silicone-based process that skips the harsh chemicals you find at most other cleaners. It’s odorless, non-toxic, and super gentle on everything from silk dresses to wool suits.
Do I need to be home when you pick up or drop off my clothes?
A: Not necessarily! Most of our Dallas customers love that they can leave their bag on the porch, with a neighbor, or at the front desk. Just tell us where to find it in the special instructions section.
Can you handle specialty items like wedding dresses or leather jackets?
A: Absolutely. We specialize in delicate and high-value pieces — think wedding dresses, leather, suede, couture, and vintage. Each gets a tailored, careful treatment right here in Dallas.
