Pickup & Delivery

Contactless Complimentary Pick Up & Delivery

Our route customers enjoy the very special convenience of not having to make that special trip to the drycleaner. Once you’re on our route, we designate a pickup and delivery location at your house. We issue two nylon laundry bags (“Express Bags”) and on your route days, you simply place your bag in the pickup and delivery location by 8:00 A.M..

Your route driver checks the pickup and delivery location, retrieves your bag, and delivers your clothing from the previous route day. Your clothing is returned the way you would expect from Swiss Cleaners. There is no need to be home.

We’ll give you two Swiss Express Bags and help you choose a pickup location at your home or office.

STEP 2

Place Your Bag Out by 8:00 A.M. on Route Days

No need to be there. Just leave your bag in your designated spot, and we’ll handle the rest.

STEP 3

We Clean and Care for Every Item

Our inhouse team uses GreenEarth® technology to clean your items gently, thoroughly, and odor free.

STEP 4

Delivery Back to Your Door

Clothes and home essentials are returned fresh, pressed, and ready to wear or use on your next scheduled route day.

Is there a fee for Pickup and Delivery Service?

A: We can’t promise every stain will vanish completely; leather and suede are tricky, but we’ve had great success removing even tough stains. We’ll be honest about what’s possible when we inspect it.

Will my leather feel stiff after cleaning?

A: Not with us. Our process actually replenishes oils, so your leather stays soft and comfortable.

How long does the entire process take?

A: Most leather or suede items take about 7-10 days, depending on the work needed. We’ll give you a clear estimate up front.

Is your process really safe for my delicate designer items?

A: Absolutely. Our GreenEarth® process is trusted for everything from delicate suedes to premium designer leathers. It’s gentle, odor free, and keeps colors true.
